Shipping

Q: What is the delivery time for my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your delivery location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more.
Otherwise, the shipping charges are:

  • United States $6.90

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, we currently ship worldwide. At checkout, you can select your country to see availability.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to monitor your package.

Return & Refund

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
A: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at Infopurepeptidelabs@gmail.com within 24 hours. Be sure to include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.

Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after your return has been accepted and will be issued to your original payment method.

Q: Do you charge a restocking fee?
A: No, we do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchange & Cancellation

Q: Do you accept exchanges?
A: Yes, exchanges are accepted. You’ll need to return the original item first. Once received, we’ll ship the replacement you requested.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return process must be followed instead.
